Florian Gaillard

Florian Gaillard serves as the Global Head of FP&A at blackcrows since January 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at MMG | Millet Mountain Group from September 2015 to December 2022 as a Business, Planning and Process Controller, where responsibilities encompassed leading strategic business planning, managing budgets and forecasts, and acting as a functional manager for multiple business controllers. Prior roles at MMG involved analyzing profit and loss across various sales channels, making recommendations for profitable business models, and ensuring operational objectives were met. Florian has also held positions at Salomon, Decathlon, and Amer Sports Corporation, focusing on product offer construction, sales performance analysis, and customer engagement. Florian Gaillard holds an MSc in Corporate Financial Management from SKEMA Business School.
