Started in 2008, Black Diamond Solutions provided the electronic components and User experience expertise to make retail displays interactive and create product demonstrations that sold products.  Over the years Black Diamond has provided tens of thousands of LCD screens, Media players, Audio Players and other electronics to demonstrate headphones, speakers and other products.  Black Diamond has since branched out to support retail & business operations with queue management systems, theft deterrent systems and other solutions.  During the pandemic manufacturing was brought in house due to logistic and part availability issues.  In house manufacturing has reshaped the business by shortening lead times, increasing flexibility and reducing costs.  In 2024 Black Diamond moved to a larger facility in Marlborough, MA  to accommodate increased manufacturing capabilities and better serve our customers.
