Black Girls Do STEM is committed to unlocking the spirit of innovation within every Black girl. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and community outreach, we introduce Black girls to a wide range of STEM fields, helping them see themselves as scientists, engineers, innovators, and leaders.
Our mission is to close the gap between Black female representation in STEM and the broader scientific community, envisioning a “New Normal” where there is equitable representation of Black women across all STEM fields. By creating spaces where curiosity thrives and confidence grows, we prepare young Black girls to be at the forefront of the next big discovery.
We believe in the power of opportunity, representation, and empowerment. With the right tools and guidance, Black girls are equipped not only to pursue STEM careers but also to transform the future of science and technology.
