Greg Conti is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in training, consulting, and academic leadership. Currently serving as Principal at Kopidion since July 2020, Conti focuses on addressing cybersecurity challenges for mid-size and large organizations through the application of military strategies. As a Black Hat Trainer since December 2014, Conti has developed and taught several courses, including "Military Strategy and Tactics for Cyber Security." Additionally, Conti is engaged as a DEFCON Trainer, teaching a newly developed "Adversarial Thinking" course. Former roles include Senior Security Strategist and Director of Security Research at IronNet Cybersecurity, and Founder & Director of the Army Cyber Institute. With a strong academic background as an Associate Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, Conti holds a PhD in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside advanced and undergraduate degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and West Point.
