Black Pharma is an award winning social enterprise advancing representation, access and equity across the life sciences ecosystem.

Founded to address the underrepresentation of Black professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, our work has evolved alongside the communities we serve and the broader challenges shaping healthcare today.

We recognise that workforce diversity, research inclusion and health outcomes are deeply interconnected. Representation is not only about who works in healthcare and life sciences; it is also about who is represented in research, who participates in clinical studies, and who has a voice in leadership and decision making.

Rooted in the communities we serve, we support a diverse network of students, graduates, early career talent and experienced professionals pursuing careers across the life sciences sector. At the same time, we work with industry partners, patient communities, healthcare professionals and advocates to promote greater inclusion in research and advance health equity.

Through community engagement, career initiatives, industry collaboration and health equity dialogue, we work to strengthen pathways into life sciences, expand visibility of underrepresented talent, and contribute to more inclusive research and healthcare systems.
