We are a one stop shop on-ramp for Accredited Investors to invests in established, emerging and yet to exist international Bitcoin Treasury Companies.

Our ambition is to help accelerate the global transition towards sound money principles based on Bitcoin by investing in the companies around the world who are doing that in the most profound way.

As Bitcoiners, the act of trying to “Orange Pill” friends, family, colleagues and community members is an extremely challenging endeavor and is often met with adverse reactions… producing the opposite of the intended effect.

Enter the Black Pill. Literally and figuratively – “Equity Wrapped Bitcoin” – just like the companies we are investing in, the Black Pill makes the Orange Pill so much easier to swallow.

Investing in international publicly traded companies who have decided to adopt a Bitcoin Treasury Strategy for enhancing and strengthening their balance sheet is an ideal onramp for traditional finance to begin their own journey of curiosity, discovery and ultimate conviction in Bitcoin in a more organic and familiar approach.
