Priya Iyer

Priya Iyer, AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished architectural professional with significant experience in project management and architectural design. Currently serving as an Associate and Project Architect at SCB since June 2022, Priya also instructs the ARE Virtual Workshop for Black Spectacles and contributes as an ARE Subject Matter Expert for PPI, a Kaplan Company. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Architect at Humphreys & Partners Architects, and various positions with WDG Architecture, Architecture Demarest, and M. Anthony Designs. Priya began the professional journey at the University of Miami, where a Bachelor of Architecture degree was earned, complemented by earlier internships and research assistant roles that laid the foundation for a successful career in architecture.
