Asma Shaikh

Asma Shaikh serves as the Associate Director at Black Turtle, where they handle the end-to-end recruitment process in sectors such as investment banking, accounts, and financial services. With extensive experience since 2011, Asma has progressed from Team Lead to Associate Director while managing client relationships and coordinating interviews. Asma previously held a Team Lead position at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. from 2007 to 2010 and holds a degree in Human Resources Development from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Science from Mumbai University.
