Black UX Labs is Elevating UX Leadership & Retention

Since June 2020, Black UX Labs has been dedicated to upskilling, executive search, and job alignment for underrepresented UX, Product, and AI professionals. What started as a leaders’ community has grown into a career acceleration and leadership development powerhouse.

With a global network spanning Kentucky to New York, Seattle to DC, Houston to Canada, and Switzerland to Nigeria, we’ve:
📢 Hosted 200+ Online Events, Webinars, and Classes
👥 Impacted 5,000+ UX and Product Leaders
💼 Placed Top Talent at LinkedIn, HBO, Uber, and Best Buy

We’ve helped UX professionals land and thrive in leadership roles. But hiring is just the first step—retention is the real challenge. That’s why we’re introducing the UX Leadership Retention Blueprint, a training program to help companies retain top UX talent.

✅ Reduce leadership turnover and strengthen your team
✅ Prepare your UX leaders for growth before they seek new roles
✅ Focus on your own career trajectory while your team thrives
✅ Reclaim your time and avoid constant hiring cycles

We still upskill UX professionals. We still recruit top talent. Now, we help companies keep their best people. The future of UX leadership isn’t just about hiring—it’s about retention.
