Tom Collins

Tom Collins is an experienced construction manager currently serving as a Construction Manager at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Li-Cycle from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included acting as the Owner's Representative for the facility under construction. Tom's earlier experience includes a role as the Nuclear Island 3 Containment Building Manager at Chicago Bridge & Iron from August 2011 to June 2016, overseeing construction operations, managing multiple disciplines, and ensuring budget and safety compliance. Prior to this, Tom worked as the Site Services Manager at ConocoPhillips from August 2008 to August 2011, managing various site construction-related programs. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from the University of Maine, earned between 1990 and 1996.
