Dave Scott is an experienced Resident Engineer at Black & Veatch since November 2021, focusing on design, technical review, and project management for drinking water and wastewater projects, including the facilitation of a $120M capital project. As President of Nudge Inc. since 2005, Dave has led a small firm specializing in geotechnical instrumentation and equipment. Previously, Dave served as a Water Treatment Specialist at CH2M HILL from May 2017 to November 2021, addressing a variety of water treatment challenges in Southern Ontario. Prior experience includes working as an Engineering Technologist at Toronto Water from 2009 to May 2017, managing experiments at the Toronto Water Pilot Plant and engaging in several drinking and wastewater treatment projects. Dave holds a Master of Applied Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Toronto.
