John Chacon

John Chacon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Excellence and Continuous Improvement Advisor at Black & Veatch since February 2016, John previously worked as a Lean Specialist at Aera Energy LLC from June 2013 to February 2016. Prior to that role, John was the Continuous Improvement Manager at The Industrial Company between February 2008 and June 2013. John’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where John served as a Corporal of Marines from March 2003 to March 2008. John Chacon completed education at Shafter High School from 1995 to 1999.
