Kenneth Chen, P.E., is an Engineering Manager and Process Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years of multidisciplinary experience in executing and commissioning large-scale projects. Previously, Kenneth worked at Fluor Enterprises, where they developed design bases for power plants and mentored engineers in technical skills. At Arcadis, Kenneth led projects in various industries, optimizing equipment design and minimizing energy consumption. Currently, Kenneth is employed at Black & Veatch as an Engineering Manager, where they continue to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Kenneth holds a degree from the University of California, Irvine.
