Lance Holt, PE, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in utilities and public management. They currently serve as Technical Director at Black & Veatch, having previously held the position of Director of Engineering at the Public Service Commission of South Carolina. Lance holds multiple certifications including Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Public Manager, and is in the process of completing an MBA at Clemson University.
