Melissa Li is currently the EDGE Program Coordinator at Black & Veatch and has been in this role since 2025. Previously, Melissa served as an Early Careers Coordinator at Black & Veatch, where they managed onboarding processes for over 200 college recruits and led DE&I initiatives. They also gained experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst Intern at Blue Cow Group and as a Research Assistant at Dr. Calvin Lai's Diversity Science Lab. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 2023.
