Michael Barlow

Michael Barlow, MBA, PE, PMP, is currently the Electrical Engineering Department Head for the Federal Division at Black & Veatch, where they lead a team of 65 engineers specializing in design and construction services for mission-critical facilities. Previously, Michael held positions such as Senior Electrical Engineer at Boeing and Project Manager for Fairfax County Government, overseeing a variety of public infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in electrical engineering, including roles at Enercon Services, Inc. and the Tennessee Valley Authority, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills throughout their career. They earned an MBA from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
