Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy, RLA AICP PMP, is the Director of Federal Master Planning at Black & Veatch, where they lead the Federal Master Planning practice. With 40 years of experience in planning and design, Mike specializes in areas such as Department of Defense master planning and programming, site and facility design, and public-private partnerships. Previously, Mike held senior roles at various firms, including Senior Planner at URS Corporation and Director of Government Services at First Industrial Realty Trust. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and studied Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia.
