Ryan Elbert is the Senior Vice President and Global Director of Engineering & Development Services at Black & Veatch, where they have been responsible for overseeing all Engineering and Development Services professionals, processes, and solutions since 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Control & Electrical Engineering Department Manager and contributed significantly to various engineering projects, particularly in the areas of cyber security and power generation. Ryan's career also includes extensive experience in engineering design and project management across multiple energy sectors. They hold a degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, which they earned between 1987 and 1991.
