Stephen O'Connell, P.G., currently serves as the East Region Tunnel Practice Lead at Black & Veatch, a position held since April 2007. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as an Engineering Geologist at URS Corporation from March 2006 to April 2007 and as a Field Geologist at Melick-Tully & Associates, P.C. from July 2005 to March 2006. Stephen holds a Master of Engineering in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University, obtained from 2001 to 2005.
