JP HAMEL

JP Hamel is a senior middle-east operations manager at Black & White Engineering, where they have worked since 2025. With over 30 years of experience, JP has held significant roles in project and technical management, including senior project manager positions at COGEMIP and SEMGERS, where they oversaw public building projects with substantial budgets. Previously, JP served as deputy and technical manager for public services in the Ville d'Auch, managing a team of engineers and executing complex projects on time and within budget. JP earned their Master’s degree in applied physics for buildings with high honors from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse III.
