Black Wren Studio is a boutique brand consultancy and creative studio. We provide leaders with deeply-experienced marketing teams that support leadership through both business and creative decision-making. Our clients come to us at points of change—rebrands, launches, mergers, and organizational shifts.

We specialize in strategy, insight, and content-rich experiences that bring clarity to complexity and resonance to every touchpoint. Whether you’re launching something new, re-aligning from the inside out, or reimagining what your brand could become, we help you get there with intelligence, empathy, and taste.

Founded by Lauren Kosteski, a seasoned brand strategist and former designer, Black Wren was created to help leadership teams move beyond the trend cycle and make decisions that actually shape what their brand becomes. Her approach blends consulting rigor with creative instinct.

Our work shows up in decks and topline reports, pitch meetings and HQ office interiors, C-suite offsites and editorial spreads. We make the invisible scaffolding behind a strong brand feel seamless and unforgettable.
