Lucy Smith

Lucy works in the Residential Conveyancing team, having previously worked in the Rural, Land and Business department. She has experience in dealing with general estate matters, title issues, inter-family transfers of partnership assets and voluntary registrations. Lucy also has been involved with transactions involving the first registration in the Land Register of farmland and associated residential properties.
