Jeff Angerman

Jeff Angerman is a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Blackbaud, where they have served since 2014, focusing on corporate governance, SEC disclosure, and compliance within the SaaS and FinTech sectors. They also hold board positions with The Blackbaud Giving Fund and Blackbaud Solutions India, contributing to charitable efforts that have disbursed over $590 million in donations. Prior to their current roles, Angerman was a corporate associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, earning a Meritorious Service Medal. They hold a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
