Devavrat M. has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at BlackBerry since March 2018. Prior to this role, Devavrat held the position of Principal Software Engineer at EMC from June 2014 to January 2018, where responsibilities included developing file-system features and enhancing protocol and performance for asynchronous data backup. At Symantec, from January 2005 to May 2014, Devavrat worked as a Principal Software Engineer focusing on product security and the integration of storage stacks with OpenStack, as well as serving in roles that involved distributed and scale-out object-based storage file systems.
