Michael Ma has over 20 years of experience in software testing and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Test Specialist at BlackBerry since August 2008. Key projects include leading end-to-end testing for the Blackberry Dynamics Container Enterprise Solution and the Secure Work Space Testing for BES10 and BES12, as well as integration testing for BBM Video on BlackBerry 10. Prior experience includes roles at NewStep Networks as a Professional Services Consult Engineer, where deployment and integration of the Newstep FMC solution were executed for various global carriers, and at Redknee as a Software Verification Specialist. Additionally, experience at Lucent Technology involved leading testing efforts for the 5ESS North America Region Switch software. Michael Ma holds a bachelor's degree in Information Management from Qingdao University.
