Michael Lott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and technical operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience at BlackBerry since October 2015, Michael has held various roles including Manager of PMO and Manager of Technical Training and Vendor Management. Prior to BlackBerry, Michael worked at Good Technology as a Technical Support Program Lead and at BoxTone Inc. as an Enterprise Engineer. Michael’s career began at The Home Depot, where the role of Lead Systems Engineer was undertaken from June 2000 to April 2010. Michael holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 1997 and 2000.
