Will Kim

Will Kim has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, primarily with BlackBerry since July 1999 where roles have included Technical Manager, Technical Lead, and Team Lead for Infrastructure Engineering Specialists, overseeing a high-performance team and managing the infrastructure for the BIS-Email BlackBerry Service. Starting as a co-op student in a company with fewer than 200 employees, Will has been instrumental in the commercialization and deployment of software development projects and has contributed to enhancing service reliability and reducing infrastructure costs. Prior experience includes positions as a Junior Network Engineer at Medialight Inc., where the first internal PCI ADSL modem was designed, and as a Network Support professional at UUNET Canada. Will holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
