Jon Mitchell

Jon Mitchell has extensive experience in audio programming and technical leadership within the gaming industry, currently serving as an Associate Technical Director at Blackbird Interactive since January 2017, following roles as Technical Lead and Audio Programmer. Prior to this, Jon held the position of Lead Audio Programmer at United Front Games from June 2009 to September 2016, and Senior Audio Programmer at Radical Entertainment from June 2005 to July 2008. Additional experience includes working as an Audio Programmer at Codemasters, Revolution Software Ltd., and Mobius Entertainment, as well as serving as a Junior Graphics Programmer/Intern at Etchinghill Studios Ltd. Jon's academic background includes a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, completed in 2000.
