Michael Batko

Michael Batko is the CEO of Startmate at Blackbird Ventures. Michael was previously the Head of Operations at Startmate from March 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the Business Analytics & Operations Manager at Expert360 from August 2015 to September 2017.

At Startmate, Michael helps exceptional founders build iconic companies. Michael is powered by the most successful entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in Australia.

At Expert360, Michael was responsible for managing a team of 4, investor communications, business analysis, setting up live dashboards, automating KPIs, preparing decks for investors and clients, and administering Salesforce. Michael is Marketo Certified Expert and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

Michael Batko has a CEMS MIM International Management from The Global Alliance in Management Education, a CEMS / MSc International Management (double degree) from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), and a BSc Economics and Management from Aston University. Michael also has a Matura in German, English, Maths, Geography and Economic Studies, Biology and Life Science from Theresianum, Vienna. Michael is certified from General Assembly in Product Management, Google in Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Marketo in Marketo Certified Expert.
