Glenn Benoit

Glenn Benoit has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Glenn started their career as a Lead Operator and eventually became a Senior Production Foreman at JFD Inc., where they managed day-to-day production operations and maintained high-pressure gas wells.

Afterwards, Glenn worked as a Technical Consultant at Sonat, troubleshooting operational issues and reducing overall costs for Amine and Central Facility processes.

Glenn then became the Owner Operator of G&B Heating & Cooling Inc., where they managed their own business for 17 years.

Glenn also worked at Murphy Oil as a Senior Production Foreman, overseeing safety, personnel, and day-to-day operations. Glenn was responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance programs, commissioning various facilities, and managing man camps.

At Wood Group PSN, Glenn held the role of South Louisiana, contributing to the company's operations.

Glenn joined Black Brush Oil & Gas LP as a Manager of Field Operations, in charge of production optimization and day-to-day operations.

Later, they were appointed as the Field Operations Manager at Black Brush Oil & Gas LP, where they managed field operations and ensured compliance with scheduling, testing, and productivity.

Glenn currently works at StarTex Field Services, LLC as the Field Operation & Safety Manager, where they oversee safety procedures, training, start-ups of new facilities, and flow-back operations for Black Brush Oil & Gas.

Throughout their career, Glenn Benoit's work experience has been focused on field operations, production maintenance, safety management, and optimization of production.

Glenn Benoit attended Crowley Technical College from 1994 to 1996 where they obtained a Universal Certification Type 1, 2&3 from the Louisiana State Mechanical State Board in the field of Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician (HAC, HACR, HVAC, HVACR). Prior to that, they attended Jennings High School from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their educational background, Glenn Benoit also holds various certifications including Heavy Equipment operators, Forklift, H2S, Safeland Safegulf training, Liquidfied Petroleum certificate, HVAC type 1, 2, 3 and Universal Certification, International Test & Balance Certified, State Mechanical Certification, and CPR.
