Tom Sell, PE, PMP, is a principal at Blackburn Consulting, bringing over 26 years of experience in the engineering industry and a strong focus on complex public and private environmental projects in California. Previously, they served as Vice President and Principal Engineer at Gannett Fleming, where they led project management efforts and ensured high-quality performance in environmental restoration. Prior to that, Tom was CFO and Principal at SAGE Engineers, Inc., providing engineering design and project management across various sectors. Tom began their career as an engineering intern at the Central Contra Costa Sanitation District and holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
