Andre Pascal has a long and varied work experience in sales and business development. Andre began their career in 1983 as a Staffing Industry Sales Professional, developing and managing account relationships with technology companies throughout the United States. In 2008, they became the Northeast Regional Business Development Manager for Capsilon. In 2009, they joined Black Diamond Networks as the Director Strategic Accounts Program and held various positions in Sales Leadership. In 2019, they joined BDN Project Solutions as a Core Team Member - Business Development, where they developed marketing and sales channels for BDN's project services business, initiated and built relationships with key buyers of project-based services, and worked collaboratively with BDN's sales organization, marketing department, and executive team to support BDN Project Solutions business growth and brand awareness.

Andre Pascal attended Glen Cove High School from 1971 to 1975. Andre then attended Northwestern University, graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.
