John Cantrell

John Cantrell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John currently works as an Implementation Manager at BlackFin Square, where they are responsible for coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing changes to project scope, and establishing relationships with third-party vendors. Prior to this, they held the role of a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach at Maxwell Leadership.

John's experience also includes working as a Manager of Knowledge Management at GPS Hiring, where they developed and implemented a QA program, created a leadership training track, and laid the foundation for documenting standard operating procedures and training materials. John previously served as a Shared Services Manager at Reallinx, where they automated processes, increased sales, and improved the closing rate. Additionally, they rescued an important account while working as a Team Lead for Shared Services at Reallinx.

Before transitioning into their current roles, John was an Individual Medical Underwriting Trainer/QI at Assurant, where they quickly learned the job and exceeded expectations, earning a raise. John also worked as an Instructor at EMSI for several years. Overall, John Cantrell has demonstrated adaptability, leadership, and successful performance throughout their work experience.

John Cantrell completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts from Marquette University between 1992 and 1996. During their time at Marquette University, they studied Political Science, Theology, and Philosophy. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Church and State Studies from Baylor University from 1996 to 1998.
