Ali Wright

Ali Wright is a commercially focused change leader with extensive experience in programme management and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Delivery Consultant for the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service, Ali supports the implementation of agile practices and the transition to a fully virtual operating model. Previous roles include Programme Director for Aberdeen Standard Investments and Head of Delivery for HBOS, where Ali led significant change initiatives across various sectors. Ali's career spans over three decades, with a strong emphasis on aligning resources to business goals and delivering high-performance environments. Ali is also pursuing a BSc MEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester.
