Blackhall Publishing, founded in 1997 and based in Dublin, is one of Ireland's leading independent non-fiction publishing houses. We publish titles for the general public as well as academic books. 

For many years the company has specialised in providing services related to statute law revision and law reporting.

Blackhall offers consultancy to institutions and governments. The company currently publishes and maintains the Laws of the Isle of Man, Botswana, Jamaica, Malawi, Tanzania and the Falkland Islands. These laws are published in either bound, loose-leaf editions and on CD-ROM and online.
