The majority of our work is large-scale multifamily renovations. However, we also perform tenant improvements and new builds. We typically complete the apartment renovations in batches of vacant apartments. Depending on the size of the community, we are on site anywhere from six months to two years. Each jobsite has a superintendent overseeing the Blackhawk project team completing the scope that we self-perform, as well as managing all subcontractors.
