Beau McAdam

Beau McAdam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, IT security, and database management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Blackhawk Network since August 2014, Beau focuses on developing a Developer Productivity Platform, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting agile digital transformation. Previous roles include Senior Director of IT Security and Infrastructure Operations at Blackhawk Network, where responsibilities included managing cloud environments and data centers. Prior to that, Beau spent nearly nine years at PayPal, leading Production Operations and overseeing a large team focused on database infrastructure and network operations. With a background as a Database Architect at VeriSign and experience as a Database Administrator at Signio, Beau has played key roles in database design and system transitions. Beau holds an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from Las Positas College and pursued further education in various institutions, including Oracle Corporation and UCLA.
