Chek Lim

Chek Lim serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Blackhawk Network, where the focus is on enhancing the incentives and rewards platform. Previously, Chek Lim held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Tango, where innovations such as patented abnormal purchase pattern detection and the successful launch of the Reward Link product were realized. Additional roles include advisory positions at StormX and investment in 9Mile Labs, an accelerator for B2B software startups. Chek Lim's engineering leadership experience extends to senior positions at Globys Inc and Motricity, and foundational work at Infospace, Go2Net, and Unchained Geometry, the latter co-founded by Chek Lim and credited with developing notable software for the film industry. Chek Lim holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
