Joti Sidhu

Joti Sidhu has extensive experience in the field of technology and information technology management. Joti currently holds the position of Global Head of Technology at Blackhawk Network since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VMware from 2013 to 2021, where they served in various roles such as Director Of Information Technology and Senior Manager BI Systems Operations. At VMware, Joti was responsible for leading M&A integrations globally and overseeing GTM/Marketing applications, Business Intelligence, and Analytics Operations. Before joining VMware, they held positions at Chegg Inc., IBM, Ask.com, Verizon, and Cisco, where they gained expertise in areas such as senior management, IT operations, and business systems analysis.

Joti Sidhu completed a program in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019. During the same year, they also participated in a program called Leverage Diversity & Inclusion for Organizational Excellence at the same institution. Prior to that, Joti earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Kingston College UK.
