Michael Carrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Creative at Blackhawk Network since November 2011. In this role, Michael is responsible for executing sales strategies, collaborating with partners, and leading a team of designers to deliver custom design concepts that expand client reach into over 10,000 new locations annually. Previously, Michael held positions as Creative Director and Sr. Manager of Retail Design & Project Management at Leggett & Platt, as well as Product Development Manager and Project Manager in various companies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Cleveland Institute of Art, an Executive Certificate in Product Development from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a study abroad program in Industrial and Product Design at Hochschule Anhalt. Michael also contributed as Vice Chair for the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) in Chicago.
