Michael Williams

Michael Williams has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michael currently holds the position of Senior Director Financial Controller at Blackhawk Network. Prior to this, they worked at Molecular Devices as the North America Controller and Assistant Financial Controller. Michael also served as the Finance Manager at Aviza Technology, where they managed worldwide sales and service issues. Before that, they were the Operations Controller at Newport Corporation, where they improved forecasting accuracy and reduced close and forecasting cycle time. Additionally, they held various roles at Lam Research, including Divisional Finance Manager, Sr Staff Financial Analyst, Divisional Accounting Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager. Michael began their career as a Finance Manager at OnTrak Systems, where they were responsible for cost accounting and system implementations.

Michael Williams has an educational background in finance. Michael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University between 1989 and 1991. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business from Ohlone College. Michael also obtained a Brokers License from the State of California - Department of Real Estate in January 1990.
