Nefi Constanza

Nefi Constanza has extensive experience in settlement operations and accounts receivable. At Blackhawk Network, from January 2021 to September 2025, Nefi served as a Settlement Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included partner settlement support, cash application, and identifying process improvements. Prior experience includes a role as a Settlement Operations Analyst II at Cognizant, focusing on auditing and enhancing collection efforts, and as an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable professional at Academia Europea. Nefi also contributed as an Excel and Power BI teacher and completed a student internship at Blackhawk Support Services El Salvador. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a finance concentration from Brigham Young University - Idaho and a Bachelor of Technology in Software Development from the same institution.
