Ron Stoops

Ron Stoops is a Senior DSP Engineer at BlackHorse Solutions, part of Parsons, since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ron Stoops served as the Lead Signal Processing Engineer at MITRE from March 2004 to June 2022, focusing on algorithm development, software-defined radio (SDR), and wireless communications, particularly LTE. Proficient in MATLAB, C++, Python, and VHDL/Verilog for FPGA development, Ron Stoops holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed in 1991.
