Andy Lyon

Andy Lyon is the Co-Founder and Principal of Blacklight Advisory. Prior to this, they were a Director at KPMG Advisory where they delivered change/transformation programmes within the financial services sector. Andy has also worked as the Head of HR Consulting and Programme Director at Aviva, leading HR strategy in General Insurance and delivering major company wide organisation change initiatives. Other previous roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte and Snr Managing Consultant at IBM. Andy has also worked as a Consultant at PwC and Renoir.

Andy Lyon has a Masters in International Studies from the University of Birmingham, a BA in Geography from Queen Mary University of London, and a Department of Continuing Education from the University of Oxford. Andy is also certified in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and in NLP Post Graduate Certificate from The University of Melbourne. Lastly, they have a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change (P3C) from The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
