Stuart Ralston

Stuart Ralston is a consultant at Blacklight Advisory, a previous Junior Consultant at the company, and the co-founder and director of Posh Cloth London Ltd. Stuart has experience in supporting a strategic design process and leadership development journey for one of the UK's longest established fintechs. Stuart has also participated in facilitating the workshops, creating the design and producing the output for the client. In addition, Stuart has created a marketing strategy to obtain new clients and build a prospective client pipeline. At Posh Cloth London Ltd, Stuart researched the market and gig-economy, found a niche and set-up the company. Furthermore, they developed a business plan - managed the finances, built and designed a unique website, differentiated the branding, created social media platforms, content and marketing strategies. Stuart also built their initial business idea into an operational reality, hiring self-employed cleaners to reduce labour costs. Stuart has Multitasked across multiple areas within the business, fulfilling all roles required. Lastly, Stuart has acquired the ability to zoom in and out, looking at the bigger picture to see how the different elements within the business were affecting each other and how this aligned with the overall strategy.
