Chad Soltman

Chad Soltman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic solutions and financial management. Prior to this role, Chad was Senior Director of Global Forecasts, Budgets, & Consolidated Reporting at Kelly Services from May 2015 to June 2017. Chad's career includes significant positions at Ernst & Young, LLP, serving as Senior Manager in Advisory Services, and earlier roles at Avery Dennison Corporation and The Hackett Group, focusing on process improvement, finance, and supply chain transformation. Chad holds both an MBA and a BA in Finance and Accounting from Michigan State University, graduating in 1998.
