Christopher Seiffert has over 15 years of experience in technical support and global customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Global Support Services at BlackLine since September 2011, Christopher coordinates with customers to identify functional needs and develops technical solutions while analyzing data for projects and business cases. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Aberdeen LLC from February 2006 to September 2011, providing Tier 2 support and diagnosing complex hardware and software issues. Christopher's earlier experience includes serving as an E-Learning Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation, where responsibilities included ensuring the integration of e-learning components and creating multimedia learning content. Christopher holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 2004 and 2007.
