David Brown

David Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and technical training across various SaaS businesses. Currently serving as Senior Director of GTM Applications and Optimization at BlackLine since March 2019, David has held multiple leadership roles focused on operational excellence and team development. Prior to BlackLine, David was Head of Customer Support & Success at TextMarks, where responsibilities included scaling customer-centric teams for over 1,100 customers. Consulting experience includes technology initiatives for small to medium businesses, enhancing customer support operations, and improving technology infrastructure. Earlier roles span leadership positions at Convoso and Fonality, emphasizing customer experience and technical training, as well as foundational experience in technical support roles and IT operations. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
