Eric Quayson is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in process improvement and financial planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Paymaster Operations at BlackLine since June 2021, Eric has successfully led strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and align financial planning with business objectives. Previously, as Manager of AP/Client Operations at Genpact, Eric provided FP&A support for transformation and M&A integration. Eric's experience also includes a role as Lead AP Operations Manager at GE, where daily operations were managed, and AP functions were transitioned efficiently, and as Retail Operations Manager at Kroger, where cost reduction initiatives were implemented. Eric holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Business Administration degree with a focus on International Business from Eastern Oregon University.
