Keith Smith Sr.

Keith Smith Sr., MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and education. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at BlackLine since April 2022, Keith leads the Global IT Expense Management Team and drives process improvements and system updates. As a Key Adjunct Finance Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University since June 2008, Keith facilitates training for adjunct faculty and teaches Business Management and Managerial Finance. Previous roles include Senior Paymaster Operations Analyst at FourQ Systems, Lead FP&A Operations Analyst at GE, and roles at PNC Financial Services Group and NCR Corp. Experienced in managing complex financial projects, process enhancements, and mentorship, Keith holds an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Organizational Management from Alliance University.
